The church I’m at is what some would call a small church. but I consider a church small or large (even if it is physically large or small) the house of the Lord. as he did not die for a large church or a small one. he died for who ever will believe on him. but I digress. our church was also closed for a bout two months. but we found zoom and started having our serves online. we have went back to having our normal church serve now. and we still have zoom for the ones that don’t feel safe getting out. but this has also open the door for, well as lack of a better word. lazy members. the ones who would come but fine it easier to do it on zoom. so this year we will be trying to get back to normal as best as possible. and our pastor resigned in may. he officially resigned the Sunday my brother died. but we have gite a good interim pastor. to tell you the truth I for one would not mind him becoming our pastor. and we was a church big on fellowship. and a coarse we stopped doing because of covid. it is just a lot to do. but with the Lords help we will make it. so if you will pray for the church i go to Ill pray for the church you go to. Brother Livingston I didn’t follow your guide lines in your post i figured that is just an example. God bless to all of my fellow deacons.
That was a tragedy. does his wife work?
We have a facebook account and put a lot of stuff on it. we usually announce stuff from the pulpit.
Although it is now July 4 I believe we should have given ten present. which is only $60 dollars. that leaves $540 for us to use how ever we need.
